  • In the event of a cancellation and provision of notice to WeWork thereof by Event Holder greater than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled Event, the Event Holder shall receive a full refund of the portion of the Fee already paid. In the event of a cancellation and provision of notice to WeWork thereof by Event Holder less than thirty (30) days before the scheduled Event, but greater than ten (10) business days before the scheduled Event, fifty percent (50%) of the Fee will be refunded to Event Holder. If a cancellation is made by Event Holder with less than ten (10) business days’ notice, no portion of the Fee shall be refunded to Event Holder.

  • We initiate a deep cleaning pre and post any event experience. In addition, we require the following: -Maximum number of attendees must be defined in advance to ensure that sufficient social distancing is maintained. -Attendees must not exceed the revised maximum capacity of conference rooms. -All attendees must RSVP for the event and complete a ‘Health screen/waiver’. -Face covering is compulsory for all event attendees in ‘shared spaces’ (Reception, restrooms, elevators, etc.) and in all instances in the event area where social distancing can’t be maintained. (with the exception of legally permitted exceptions). -Communal food sources (e.g., buffets) are not permitted. -Food and drinks must be consumed only when social distance is maintained. -Loud music will be permitted only for sitting down events where social distancing is maintained and face coverings are worn. (In a loud environment, persons may speak louder and closer to each other increasing the risk of droplets being expelled and entering in contact with others). -Thermal screening must be conducted for all events in excess of 50 people. -A Security guard and/or host must be in place at the point of entry for all events with more than 50 people to ensure that all policies are adhered to. -Cleaning and disinfection on all surfaces to take place per our existing deep cleaning policy. General Rules - We ask that all clients provide information for their event in a timely manner and respect the space - Clients may bring in catering, rentals, etc. from anywhere they prefer, or choose from a list of preferred vendors we have worked extensively with - All vendors will be required to submit a COI - To serve alcohol, a licensed caterer will need to provide a 1-Day Permit from the State Liquor Authority along with a COI - Security is required through our preferred vendor when alcohol is being served (1 guard per 50 guests) -Deep cleaning of space is required per our COVID policy after booking (we provide it before!)
